Introduce AIAI agents

AI agents that work in your systems. You decide what they may do.

01 Is it a fit?

An agent fits if you recognise yourself here.

Daily routine

A task eats time every day and follows clear rules.

Scattered data

The information sits in several systems, and people gather it by hand.

A first attempt failed

An attempt with a no-code builder failed on rights, quality or trust.

02 Offer

Three fixed-price packages.

You start with one task. If the agent proves itself, systems and workflows are added.

03 Process

From the task to an agent in trial operation.

  1. Define the task

    Intro call

We pick one task and define how we measure success.

  2. Build and test

    Week 1

I build the agent and test it with real cases from your daily work.

  3. Trial operation

    Week 2

The agent works alongside your team and every step is logged. What needs approval waits for a person.

  4. Handover

    At the end

You receive documentation, access and a briefing.

This process applies to Agent Start and is included in the fixed price of €6,900. Agent Plus and Agent Team run the same way, with more systems and a longer trial operation. Model costs come on top and are paid directly to the provider.

04 Self-check

05 Safeguards

What limits your risk.

Safeguards 01

The price is settled beforehand

For fixed prices, scope, result and price are in the offer. We agree on changes to the scope before they cause any cost.

Safeguards 02

The results are yours

The results of an assessment, check or blueprint belong to you and feed into any later implementation.

Safeguards 03

A clear no if it does not fit

If the intro call shows that the project is not worth it for you, I will say so. The call is free.

06 Questions

Questions about AI agents.

What may the agent do, and what not?

Only what you define. The agent gets its own accounts with exactly the rights the task needs. Critical steps such as sending, booking or deleting wait for approval.

What happens when something goes wrong?

Every run is logged. If the agent cannot continue, it hands over to a person. In trial operation we see where that happens and refine it.

Who owns the agent?

What is built for you belongs to you: configuration, connections and documentation. The building blocks I bring stay mine; you may use them in your company permanently.

Which systems can you connect?

Anything with an interface: CRM, ticketing, knowledge base, calendar, booking and ERP systems. The connection uses the open Model Context Protocol and is therefore not tied to a single AI model.

What does operation cost?

Model costs depend on usage; I estimate them before the start. My support costs €950 a month in the basic tier and is optional.

07 Contact

Have your task assessed in an intro call.

Describe the task in two sentences. In 30 minutes you know whether an agent can take it over and what that costs.
