What usually needs clarifying before the start.
Where is our data processed?
We settle that before the start. I choose providers and settings so that processing takes place in the EU as the provider commits to in its contract, and record it in the documentation.
Do we need an IT department of our own for this?
No. The entry points are cut so that they work without in-house IT. I need a contact person and access to the systems concerned.
What does ongoing operation cost?
You pay licences and model usage directly to the provider. My support costs a monthly fee from €390 if I look after a system for you, and it is optional. I state the expected cost before the start.
Do you give legal advice on the AI Act or the GDPR?
No. I cover the technical and organisational side. Legal questions are for your legal counsel or data protection officer; I supply the documents they need.
Which tools do you work with?
With those that fit you: for example Microsoft Copilot, Langdock, Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition, or models in your own cloud on request. I do not sell licences and receive no commission.
